Payment

Payment may be made on our shopping cart through a PayPal account, or by cheque made payable to Supremacy Training Solutions.  If payment is by cheque, it needs to be in advance of sending out the material.

The Material

The material is in word, PowerPoint or PDF format and, depending of the product, can consist of the following.  Training module, Trainers guide, handouts and PowerPoint presentation.  Some products have the trainers guides integrated into the training module and some do not have a PowerPoint presentation.  This will be listed as so.

The Prices

Prices listed on the website are final figures inclusive of all tax.  Materials are delivered by e-mail hence no unnecessary postage fees.  Supremacy training solutions geographical address is:

Materials will be e-mailed to you within 7 working days of receipt of payment

Cancellation

If the products are not to your satisfaction, you can cancel within 7 days.  Cancellation notice must be given in writing
